Skills Necessary: python, mysql/postgresql, API development.
Strongly preferred: Awareness of any python framework (Flask or Django)
Nice to have: React framework knowledge(MUI component library), Javascript, Swagger, AWS,
GraphQL, DataDog
Bonus: working with CI/CD, building CI/CD pipelines.

What You’ll do:

As a founding engineer, you’ll be wearing many hats across the stack and will interact directly with
customers to gather feedback. You’ll have a loud voice in driving early decisions. You’ll need to:
● Drive and follow best practices across at least one area of the stack
● Own feature development end-to-end
● Weigh the tradeoffs of decisions for technology and architecture adoption

This will be a good fit if you:

● Think an early-stage startup would be fun
● Are ambitious i.e. want to run your own team in the future
● Are excited about the upside potential
● Take ownership of problems i.e. will do what needs to be done
● You like being rewarded directly for your high output

This will not be a good fit if:
● you want to specialize strongly in one area or technology
● you cannot iterate quickly

Qualifications

● Degree in Computer Science from the following IIT’s in India is a must: IIT kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Mumbai,IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, IIT Madras

●Have a growth mindset and be resourceful – always be learning and picking up new skills and
finding new tools as needed on the fly
● Believe in ownership and delivering results – have demonstrated desire and ability to own
projects of all sizes and deliver strong results
● Team player – you’ll be collaborating with our designers, sales, and product/strategy teams
● You’re customer obsessed – you enjoy being close to the customer, and want to really
understand our customers’ pain points to help solve for them
● Experience with building out web applications at scale
● Bonus: Worked in fintech and have built end to end systems before.
